The most widely deployed CRM in franchise auto today. We built on the platform your reps already use. Expansion to additional platforms is on the roadmap.
How fast does it actually generate a message?
Three seconds average from record read to completed draft. The rep sees a ready-to-send message by the time they open the screen.
Does it replace my reps?
No. It replaces the friction between the rep and the keyboard. Your reps still decide what gets sent. The machine drafts, the rep reviews, the rep hits send.
How does my GM see what is being sent?
The Command tier includes a GM dashboard. Every outbound message from every rep is visible in real time. Sentiment scoring flags conversations that need attention.
What does the Founding Dealer Pilot include?
Full Command-tier access for 90 days. $2,500 flat, with 1,500 AI-generated rep outputs guaranteed or full refund. After the pilot, converts to Command at $1,999 per month locked for 12 months. First 5 dealers only. This is the entry point for a store testing the platform.
What does Command add?
GM dashboard, sentiment scoring, execution analytics, multi-CRM support, and voice cloning. $3,500 per month or $35,000 per year (save $7,000). $2,500 one-time onboarding fee. This is the tier for a GM who wants visibility into what the floor is actually doing.
What does Group add?
Multi-store rollup, group-level reporting, and centralized oversight across locations. Custom pricing for multi-rooftop dealer groups. Contact us for a quote.
What is the implementation time?
48 hours from signed agreement to live reps. We connect to your CRM instance, configure rep profiles, and run a validation pass on your lead data before going live.
Do you have a contract minimum?
Floor is month to month. Command is month to month or annual. The Founding Dealer Pilot is a 90-day commitment. If the platform does not perform within the first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Is there a free trial?
No. We do a 20-minute live demo on your actual CRM data. You see the platform working on your real leads with your real reps. Then you decide.
How is pricing calculated for multi-store groups?
Custom pricing for multi-rooftop organizations. Contact us for a quote. The Group tier includes a centralized dashboard that rolls up all locations into a single view.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in your CRM. Brevmont reads and writes to the CRM directly. We do not store customer PII on our servers. Message drafts are generated in memory and discarded after delivery.
